Lori Kittle

Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations

Ms. Kittle has extensive experience in combining operations, science and business expertise. As a co-founder of Axion Health, Inc., she leads the operations team in the areas of product and program implementation, training,  program management, customer relations and sales support.  Ms. Kittle currently manages program and product roll-out, customer configuration and tailored design planning, product set-up, implementation, training and ongoing operations for Axion Health. Prior to this role, Ms. Kittle managed the Medical Surveillance and Respiratory Fit Testing programs for the Division of Occupational and Environmental Health Sciences at National Jewish Medical and Research Center. She directed all marketing, sales, clinical operations, administrative operations, collections and financial reporting for those programs.

In addition, she directed the development, implementation and management of new programs. Programs included World Trade Center Volunteer Screening Program, Hanford Former Worker Screening Program, The Sheet Metalworkers’ Screening Program, Miner’s Clinic of Colorado and over 100 independent Medical Surveillance Programs. Ms. Kittle has notable experience in medical research, and is the former Manager of an Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Core Laboratory, where she was responsible for laboratory operations and faculty research projects. She worked as a molecular biologist in the field of occupational health research for over fifteen years. Her research has been presented at national and international conferences and she has published in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of immunology and immuno-toxicology. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University.
