Mr. Dallman has 18 years of progressive data processing experience with a background in analysis and design in database environments. He is Axion Health’s Oracle DBA and lead developer; designing and implementing complex medical applications for individuals exposed to hazardous materials in the workplace. Mr. Dallman is responsible for Oracle database creation, installation, and backup using Oracle 8.i and 9i on a Windows 2000 server. He has played key roles in other large-scale Oracle solutions in the healthcare arena including leading a database conversion for Micromedex, and serving as the lead Oracle DBA and developer for Practice Logix, a Web-based, wireless, handheld medical records and billing application for large, independent practices. He has provided database and development expertise for large-scale projects at MediaOne, Checks Unlimited, TCI.Net, MCI, Interlink Group, and GE Consulting Services.
