To ensure that your staff understands the features and functions of our software, and how to use it in their work settings, we provide a wide range of support and training services. Role playing during training, using the actual software and a demonstration database, help users quickly grasp real-world applications. In addition to initial training programs, one-on-one webinars and training documents are used to train your staff on advanced features and new functionality.
User and Manager Training
Our most comprehensive training program is designed for EHS Administrative system users, clinicians and managers. They receive a complete packet of training materials providing secure access to the Web-based management tool, as well as user guides for the full suite of software functionality, including program management, reporting and daily use of the system.
Event and Clinic Staff Training
Many healthcare systems use contractors, light-duty nurses or volunteers during high-volume events, such as influenza vaccination or TB screening programs. Our software is optimized for ease of use during these types of events and thus minimal training is required. However, Axion Health provides training materials to ensure that event and clinic staff understand how to use the software to most efficiently process large numbers of participants and to ensure quality data capture and consistency of care. Following a training session, done by webinar or in-person, our staff can work one-on-one to answer individual questions.
Participant Training
Ease of use is one of the hallmarks of our software. To reduce the need for helpdesk resources, Axion Health designed intuitive user interfaces. We’ve tested our solutions within hospital, government and finance environments. No matter their prior computer experience, participants find it easy to complete program surveys, access their appointments and print out their results. During the implementation process, help desk training and corporate communication materials are provided.
